Counselling for children, teens and parents in Sydney.

Every person brings their own story, strengths, and unique ways of seeing the world - even if they haven’t fully recognised them yet! And none of us exists in isolation. Our relationships, families and life experiences all shape who we are and how we face challenges.

In counselling, we’ll work together to explore your experiences in the context of your relationships - whether that’s with your partner, your children, your family - or within yourself. We’ll draw on approaches like narrative therapy, the Gottman method, emotion-focused therapy and mindfulness, adapting these tools to suit your situation and what matters most to you. We will also explore your context using a systems approach, recognising that we are not operating alone in the world. We will explore your situation through a systems view, recognising how various connections- like those with partners, family, friends or work colleagues can influence what's going on for you.

My role is to offer a supportive space where we can understand how your nervous system responds to stress, uncover your strengths, make sense of your story and find practical ways forward - together.
